Cancellation Policy

All last minute cancellations within a 24hour window will require a minimum of a $25 non refundable fee or a 50% appointment fee attached to cancellations over $100 (due at the time of cancellation.) Rescheduled appointments who pay the 50% cancellation fee will get a credit towards a rescheduled appointment minus the $25 convenience fee for a missed booking opportunity. I apologize for any inconvenience. The alternative to an increase and not enforcing my business policies is the closure of my business. SKN Emergency cancellations are exempt from fees. If you have questions what qualifies as an emergency cancellation I’m happy to clarify.
